Refund and Returns Policy

At CC Uniforms, we strive to provide high-quality school uniforms and personalised products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refunds & Returns Policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return items if:

• They are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• They are not personalised or custom-made (personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty).

• The return request is made within [14] days of receiving your order.

• Unless stated in section 5 below (Non-Returnable items)

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery. We will offer:

• A replacement for the faulty item.

• A repair if applicable.

• A refund if the item cannot be replaced or repaired.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at [ccuniformsltd@hotmail.com] with your order details and reason for return.

2. If approved, return the item to the provided address.

3. Once received, we will process your refund or exchange within [14] days.

4. Refunds Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

• Refunds may take [14] days to appear in your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Personalised or custom-made products.

• Fleece jackets, Coats, Polo Shirts, Tracksuit Tops that are adult sizes, ie from XXS upwards (as these are custom made to order)

• Items worn, washed, or altered.

• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).
